Elijah Rogers
I grew up in a small town in Montana with limited access to coaching or structured training. If I wanted to improve at golf, I had to figure it out myself. That experience shaped how I approach performance: understand the fundamentals, remove inefficiencies, and stop chasing shortcuts.
I played Division I golf at Utah State University, where my interest in the physical side of the game took off. Like many golfers, I trained hard—but not always intelligently. Over time, I realized that strength, mobility, and force production only matter if they actually transfer to the swing. That realization led me to physical therapy.
I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy, board-certified orthopedic specialist, and TPI Level 3 certified coach in both Golf and Power. I work with amateurs, college players, and professionals, and I currently am a part of the PGA Tour and Korn Ferry Tour on their Sports Medicine team.
My approach is assessment-driven and evidence-based. Every client starts with a detailed evaluation of movement, strength, power, and swing mechanics using tools like 3D motion capture and force plate analysis. From there, we address the true limiter—mobility, stability, sequencing, or force production—without wasted time.
I’ve increased my own swing speed by more than 20 mph by applying these same principles. Speed isn’t forced. It’s earned through efficiency and durability.
My goal is simple: help golfers move better, hit it farther, and stay healthy enough to play the game for decades.
